Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
| 1 | tsp onion powder |
| 1/8 | tsp pepper |
| 1/2 | tsp granulated garlic |
| 1 | T parsley, freshly chopped |
| 1 | tsp corn starch |
| 1 | c. milk |
| 1 1/2 | c water (cold, divided) |
| 2 | T butter |
| 4 | oz. spaghetti, angel hair |
| 4 | oz. Neufchatel Cheese (reduced fat cream cheese) |
| 2 | portions of the Chicken Cordon Bleu recipe. {click here for full recipe} |
- Mix dry spices, parsley and cornstarch together in a small bowl. Add to 1/2 C of the cold water and mix well. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, bring the remainder of water and milk and butter to a boil and carefully add the noodles and spice mixture/paste. Reduce heat and let it boil gently for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the Neufchatel cheese and let melt in.
- Chop up two portions of the Chicken Cordon Bleu and stir in until heated through.
- May garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
