Last meal from Christmas leftover ham!
Ingredients
| 1 | ham bone |
| 1 | c lentils, red (rinsed until water runs clear) |
| 1 | c split peas, yellow (rinsed until water runs clear) |
| 1 1/2 | c quinoa (rinsed until water runs clear) |
| 1/2 | c onion, sweet (diced) |
| 1 | c hominy |
| 6 | c water |
Put all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. It will thicken up as it cooks. You may also add garlic, celery, carrots, etc. But we keep it simple :) Freezes well!
