a little different texture, but a great substitute!
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 | cups Cauliflower |
| 1 | T butter |
| 1/8 | tsp salt |
| 1/8 | tsp white pepper |
- boil cauliflower until tender
- mash/beat with butter, salt & pepper
- enjoy!
