Makes 2 servings
Cooks much longer, but tastes almost the same as mashed potatoes!!!
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 | cups rutabaga, diced |
| 1 | T butter |
| 1/8 | tsp salt |
| 1/8 | tsp white pepper |
- boil the rutabaga until tender
- mash with butter, salt and pepper
- Enjoy!
