Sprouted Tuna Salad

Makes 4 servings


We use cottage cheese instead of mayo...adds protein, less fat :) We eat this plain, but you can put it with pita pockets lined with fresh spinach, on crackers, etc.

Ingredients
165grams tuna, light, canned in water (1 can)
1/2cup cottage cheese
1/2cup finely chopped celery
1cup alfalfa sprouts
1/4cup green apple, finely chopped
Directions
combine all ingredients, enjoy!
