Haven't tried this one yet, let us know how it is! Low carb (1.7 grams sugar per serving/11.1 grams carbs per serving), high protein...lots of fat though :)
Ingredients
| 12 | oz chicken breasts, boneless, skinless (4 pieces) |
| 4 | oz bacon, sliced (4 slices) |
| 8 | oz ham, sliced (8-10 slices) |
| 1 | cup sour cream |
| 1 | can cream of mushroom soup |
| 2 | cups mushrooms, sauteed |
- Line bottom of Crockery Pot with the ham.
- Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Combine the sour cream and mushroom soup; pour over the chicken breasts.
- Cook on low in the Crockery Pot for 8-10 hours or on high for 6-8 hours.
