80/20 ground turkey is great for this recipe. You can omit the olives for less fat.
Ingredients
| 1/8 | cup taco seasoning (or 1/2 packet) |
| 2 | lb. ground turkey |
| 4 | green onions |
| 12 | oz black beans, undrained |
| 1/2 | cup black olives, sliced |
| 12 | oz stewed tomatoes |
| 2 | cups chicken broth |
- Brown the ground turkey, add the taco seasoning.
- Slice the green onions and add to the meat mixture.
