You can add 1/2 chopped & boiled chopped cabbage to the raw meat mixture before cooking, but we were looking for more protein and less fillers.
After the meat is cooked, it freezes very well...just add a lettuce leaf to the lunch box and it will be defrosted by the time lunch comes around! Amazingly, this tastes good cold or warm on the lettuce leaf.
Ingredients
| 6 | T chopped green onion |
| 2 | T sesame oil |
| 1 | T splenda |
| 2 | T soy sauce |
| 3 | T freshly grated ginger |
| 1/2 | t garlic salt |
| 2 | lb ground turkey (raw) |
| 8 | lettuce leaves |

- Add raw ground turkey and combine with hands.
- Crumble in skillet on med-hi and cook until no longer pink.
- Put in lettuce leaves and eat with hands. Delish!
