Makes 4 servings
Tastes best on the grill outside...but we use the George Foreman and that works well :)
Ingredients
| 16 | oz salmon steaks |
| 2 | teaspoons dijon mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon olive oil |
| 1/2 | teaspoon honey |
| 1 | tablespoon lemon juice |
| 1/4 | cup fresh parsley, chopped |
| 1/8 | teaspoon pepper, freshly ground |
mix all ingredients with the exception of the salmon. Brush on the raw salmon as you put it on the grill. Flip salmon steaks and brush the other side until well seared and cooked through.
