great for taco salad or dip for chips...super easy preparation. You can add anything to this: frozen corn, cilantro, lime, hominy, etc.
Ingredients
| 24 | oz chicken breasts, frozen |
| 12 | oz black beans, undrained |
| 12 | oz white beans, undrained |
| 2 | cups salsa |
- place the 4 frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- dump both cans of beans and salsa on top of the frozen chicken.
- turn the crock pot on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
- take the chicken breasts out and shred them. return to crock pot.
- use for dip or taco salad, or eat plain for a yummy thick stew! surprisingly, it's great hot or cold!
